2. Returns for Digital Items (PDF eBooks):
- Due to the nature of digital products, PDF eBooks are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. We recommend reviewing the item description and sample chapters, if available, before purchasing to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
3. Refunds for Physical Items:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Exchanges for Physical Items:
- We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a physical item for the same item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
